Agostino Iacurci, Fontana Hortus, Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Praga, 2022
Hortus is a sculpture composed of a fountain in glazed Impruneta terracotta, placed inside a structure of seven rings in steel and neon. Its meaning leads to a reflection on the universal myth of Paradise and its meaning in a world with an exponentially growing human population, where nature is subject to progressive plunder.
